Mission Trainers

Our mission trainers are systems that simulate part of the mission. These components originated from our Flight Training Devices and have been created in a standalone version.

  • Turbine Engine Start Trainers
  • GPS systems Trainers
  • Glass Cockpit Trainers
AATD

The FAA Certified Advanced Aviation Training Device is based on most popular any given helicopter model. It features not only a completely representative cockpit and flight controls, but possibly the largest field of view display system in any simulator under $500,000.  Hours flown in this device can be credited, depending if you have a part 61 or 141 operation.
Available models are: R22, R44, H300, B206, MD900, EC135, EC145, AS350, AS355

FNPT II

Flight Navigation Procedure Trainers are JAA/EASA certified devices that are primarily used for IFR training and VFR training. Any flightschool can benefit from the advantages of having such a device in their portfolio. The device really shines if you start using it for CPL Integrated courses. Up to 35 hours can be credited this way.
Ab Initio PPL students can train 10 to 25 hours in them, bringing them back to the original 45 hours requirement. 5 of those hours can be credited. Students will save money because it's more affordable to fly a simulator, while the helicopter operator increases his profit because the operating cost is lower.
Available models are: R22, R44, H300, B206, MD900, EC135, EC145, AS350, AS355

FTD

Aerosimulators views the FAA Certified FTD level 6/7 as the best buy off between the expensive Full Flight Simulators and the more than affordable base line AATD. When in need of type specific training the FTD 6/7 offers you the best economic solution.
Available models are: R22, R44, H300, B206, MD900, EC135, EC145, AS350, AS355

FFS B

Aerosimulators only produces 1 level of full flight simulator in compliance with international standards: FAA, JAA FFS level B. Unlike in the fixed wing training, a helicopter FFS level B gives nearly all possible credits.
A Full Flight Simulator level B is in practical terms an FTD on a motion base.
